Abstract
China's expanding economic engagement in Africa carries significant political dimensions. This paper explores Chinese political ambitions behind resource-seeking investments, analyzing its 'non-interference' foreign policy, military assistance, trade dynamics, and competition with traditional Western powers across African developing nations.
