Registrar's memorandum

The establishment order

The formal establishment was communicated by an official memorandum from the Registrar (in-charge), University of Chittagong, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saiful Islam, dated 10 February 2026, addressed to the Chairman of the Department of International Relations.

Per Syndicate Decision 3, and on the recommendation of the Department's academic committee, Prof. Dr. Md. Kamal Uddin is permitted to run CHREMIR. The Center is managed from the concerned teacher's office, and the University bears no financial responsibility for its operation.
