The Nature and Dynamics of Human Rights Violation in Bangladesh: An Analysis

Abstract

This study investigates the institutional dynamics, structural patterns, and root causes of human rights violations in Bangladesh. Analyzing legal, socio-political, and law enforcement frameworks, the paper identifies key factors contributing to human rights abuses and offers policy recommendations for strengthening institutional oversight, police accountability, and judicial remedies.
